Is this just outsourced sales?
No, we do the recruiting, sales training, and the offer message/script creation for you using proven systems. We build and ramp-up the setting/closing team, you run the team once the system is in place successfully. We take no percentages of your sales.
How much will I pay the setters and closers?
This is always your decision and we will help you customize the commission structure. Every company is different when it comes to deal sizes and profit margins. There's no point to give the sales people 15% in commission per closed deal if you have 20% profit margins - Therefore we will have to break down the math and discuss with you before the commission structure is decided.
How do I know that I will get qualified sales meetings and not just wasting my time on unqualified prospects?
When we start working together you will decide who you want to target and what a qualified meeting is for you. This will be incoporated in the sales training we have with your new sales team.
Do the salespeople work for you or me?
They work for you. Either as independant contractors (1099) or employees (W2) it's totally up to you. We find, hire, and train them for you using proven systems but they will work for you.
